Bread & Butter is a photographic production duo formed by the photographers Tom Groves and Louis Little. The two of them met in 2010, whilst working for the British photographer Martin Parr, where they formed a strong friendship based on their love for photography and photo books.

Louis continues to work for Martin Parr assisting him on shoots around the world, including in 2016, CNN’s coverage of the US Presidential Conventions and BBC’s ‘Oneness’ television idents. In 2018 he helped set up the Martin Parr Foundation in Bristol, where he continues to work as the head of production. Alongside supporting the numerous events held at the Foundation, he regularly prints Martin’s exhibitions, including the show ‘Only Human’ exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery in 2019.

Tom went freelance in 2011 and has since been assisting photographers in London. As well as collaborating with other organizations and photographers working on numerous publications, he has more recently been working in the production department of Magnum Photos. In 2013 he produced editioned prints and master scans for the British photographer Stephen Gill and his acclaimed series 'Coexistence’. In 2018 he helped produce Tony Ray-Jones’ iconic work for the ‘Great British Seaside’ exhibition at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich.
